Yes, it is true, I am posting on my blog.
This is pretty big.
I have been denying my blog.
There I said it.
I got soo behind that I didn't even want to attempt at making a post to try and catch up.
And not to mention it's been kind of insane around here lately and to be perfectly honest there is so much other stuff I probably should be doing right now but what do ya do.
Who needs clean clothes right?
Yep, so here I sit, and instead of bore you all to death on what the heck has been going on the last 3+ months of our lives I'm just going to tell you about my lovely day.
Last night while our faces were glued to the t.v. watching the election... which I'm not even going to get into.
Kale decided it would be a good idea to go into my closet and play with my jewelry box.
Yep.
I go in, have a seizure because all my jewelry is strewn about my closet and start trying to get everything reorganized, while Kale is now going to bed.
So, guess what the ONE thing missing is.
One of my DIAMOND earrings my grandpa gave me for graduation.
Really?
I have oodles of fake jewelry and this is what gets lost?
My ONE pair of diamond earrings?
I have searched high and low and I cannot find that frickin thing.
I'm praying it turns up one random day...
Then my kids decide that they're not going to bed till 11 and that they are going to wake up 3 times in the night each and then think it's totally fine to wake up at 7 a.m.
Day light savings can kiss my rump.
That extra hour of sleep is fabulous if you don't have little kids, but if you do... I feel your pain.
I learned something that I never knew before I had kids.
You see, they don't know that it's really 6 in the morning instead of 7, they're little kid clocks deep deep down inside of them somewhere don't know that day light savings has happened so you get two kids an hour earlier then you ever wanted to be awake.
It's fabulous.
Then this morning Kale decided to wake up with a rash and hives covering his entire body which resulted in a trip to the doctors office.
Kale was ecstatic to go because he now knows that doctors are awesome all thanks to Doc McStuffins.
I feel really bad for that little man.
I swear he puts up with so much crap, and he is such trooper.
Sometimes I really can't help but think that all this crap is the result of a weak immune system from when he was born 8 weeks early. His little body and immune system just didn't have enough time to cook in there.
Anywho. That's a different subject for a different time.
And not to mention that the whole rash incident is basically the reason I'm blogging.
Micah is asleep and Kale is passed out on my bed thanks to the glorious drug he got prescribed called Benadryl...
:)
Basically it's been kind of nightmare-ish last night and this morning, BUT I still feel so grateful today.
I was taking pictures of my boys (surprise surprise) and I got so overwhelmed at how blessed I am to have my family.
I don't want to get all sappy on ya but today I am just feeling so blessed and I needed to share it.
I love all my boys so freaking much and I don't know what I would do without them.
And now since I can't help myself, here's a few photos.
Don't worry I won't go too overboard :)
Kale likes to make Micah play dress up with him a lot...
This is what a very tired momma, 3 year old and baby looks like...
These are Kale's awesome gloves my Mazee got him, they turn all sorts of different colors in different patterns, and not to mention they look like Michael Jackson gloves which makes them that much cooler.
This was Micah's best friend come Halloween time, he was OBSESSED with it.
Halloween pics.
Kale's pretty hardcore in case you didn't know.
Jonathan and I celebrated FOUR years in October. :)
My cute cute boys.
Alright so I know I've said this many times but I am going to be better about blogging, I hate having to catch up so I'm going to sit my butt down and do it.
Till next time.
